ingredients smoothie bowl:
3 - 4 ripe/spotty bananas
1 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup ice
5 - 7 medjool dates (pitted)
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon (you can always add more if you like)
blend the bananas, carrot juice, ice, dates, cinnamon and vanilla powder (or extract) until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and finish it up with the walnuts, shredded coconut, dates and a dusting of cinnamon.
