the biggest thing that has helped me gain a better understanding of how to manifest the things that i want, is the power of directing our thoughts and energies towards our desires.
and the best way that i know how to do this is through the practice of visualizing.
visualization is so easy and so simple that everyone just ignores it.
the funny thing is, every human is visualizing 24/7. all day, everyday, we’re day dreaming about things that we want or worrying about the things that we don’t want. and in both cases, these scenarios that play in our minds are coming towards us. what we’re sending out into the world, expands and becomes a part of our reality.
for so much of my life i ignored the power of meditation and visualization. for whatever reason, they never taught us in school that we can have what ever it is that we want and there is this thing called the law of attraction.
as it turns out, visualizing is an important step to getting what we want.
magic unfolds from just sitting and visualizing what we want for 5 minutes/day and when i realized this, visualization became a huge part of my life.
here’s how i figured out the power that surges through us.
i started to notice the connection between my mind and my body. my thoughts were changing the way my physical body looked. when i was feeling happy, my skin glowed. and when i was feeling sad, my skin started to act up.
i know that a lot of you can relate to me when i say this, but skin has been a big factor in determining my mood and overall happiness.
when i wake up with a pimple, it directly effects the way i feel, the amount of confidence that i have and the way i greet the world.
my skin was interrupting so much of my life that i had to find a way to fix it.
which is exactly what i did. i started to pay attention to what was causing me to breakout.
what i discovered is the more energy and thought that i put on my skin, the worse my skin got.
what we think about, we attract.
so i created a visualization/meditation that i could listen to, to rewire my habit of sending bad thoughts about my skin out into the world.
and each day that i listened to the visualization, my skin improved because my thoughts were becoming cleaner, healthier and more loving towards myself. it worked so well for me i had to tell my friends about it. i even put together a skin healing challenge so i could build a community that encourages each other to create a habit of self-love.
i am appreciative for all of the skin problems I’ve experienced in my life because it has lead me down a spiritual path to understanding how powerful i really am. the visualization worked so well for my skin, i started creating them for all areas of my life. i would just close my eyes and dream up the perfect scenario. and as soon as my vibration raised, the exact thing i visualized came to me.
it worked to attract my soulmate, it worked to attract better health, it worked to attract more abundance.
the art of visualization is the single most important thing you can do right now to attract a better life.
what’s the difference between visualization and meditation?
the goal of meditation is to stop thoughts, but the goal of visualization is direct your thoughts.
we can never stop our thoughts, all we can do is redirect them to focus on things that make us feel good.
something i really want to share.
even the slightest amount of time being distracted from your problem is enough for the law of attraction to bring about solutions and miracles. it’s when we can distract ourselves long enough for spirit to come through, that we will receive miracles of biblical proportions.
it’s not so much about us creating our reality, as it is about us getting out of the way for spirit to create what needs to be created for us.
because, trust me, infinite intelligence knows exactly what it is that that will bring you the most amount of joy and the best life.
all you need to do is stop your fearful thoughts.
how to visualize better?
feelings are the goal to visualization.
in everything that we desire- better body, more money, better relationship- what we’re really after is to feel good, happy, and healthy.
we want things because we think these things are going to make us feel good.
and in any moment, you have the choice to feel good. so why not just start now?
because if you did start right now, it would speed up the manifestations of everything that you want.
i want to put your mind at ease
before i go, i would also like to mention how unfair life really is.
life is so unfairly stacked in your favor to win.
because your natural state is of well-being and joy.
you have to try pretty damn hard and get out of your way for you to be experiencing pain and suffering.
also, 1 positive thought is 100000000x more powerful than a fearful one.
so, when you do get mind chatter like:
‘oh no, i’m having a bad thought, now something bad is going to manifest in my life’
i want you to know, that negative thoughts do not manifest that fast. it takes lots and lots of fearful, angry thoughts for them to manifest.
this is because we are children, playing around in a school on earth where we manifest our thoughts. we have lots of room to grow and very little room for us to actually be hurt.
